Role Overview
We are hiring a Head of Operations with experience inside large US banks to lead enterprise execution, partnerships, go-to-market alignment and day-to-day operations of the compay.
This is a senior, hands-on role combining banking domain expertise, go-to-market execution, and operational leadership.
You will ensure we operate at the standard expected by Tier 1 banks while also driving internal execution across the company.
What You'll Own
Banking Expertise & Enterprise Alignment
- Bring firsthand experience working within large US banks
- Guide how our product is positioned, sold, and deployed into bank environments
- Translate bank requirements (risk, compliance, procurement) into product, operations, and delivery workflows
- Ensure alignment with how large banks evaluate and adopt new technology
Enterprise Sales Support & Strategic Partnerships
- Support enterprise deal cycles (procurement, security, onboarding)
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across banking organizations
- Help develop deep strategic partnerships across banking and the financial services ecosystem
Company Operations (Day-to-Day Ownership)
- Oversee day-to-day operations across the company
- Drive execution across product, sales, and delivery functions
- Establish operating rhythms, processes, and accountability structures
- Ensure teams are aligned, deadlines are met, and priorities are executed
- Act as a force multiplier for the CEO across internal operations
Go-To-Market Execution
- Partner on strategy for selling into banks
- Support pricing, packaging, and enterprise positioning
- Improve conversion through better alignment with bank processes
- Help refine messaging and positioning for enterprise customers
Operational Excellence & Delivery
- Establish processes for onboarding and supporting enterprise customers
- Ensure readiness for compliance, risk, and operational expectations
- Drive cross-functional execution across product, sales, and operations
- Build scalable workflows for cstomer success and delivery
What We're Looking For
- Experience working within a large US bank (operations, transformation, partnerships, or similar)
- Strong understanding of how banks evaluate and adopt new technology
- Experience supporting enterprise sales or partnerships, or large scale
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Existing network within banking is a plus
Preferred
- MBA or equivalent experience from a top-tier institution
- Existing network within US banking ecosystem
