As the Head of Operations, youll play a key role in translating vision into scalable operational execution and driving organizational alignment. Youll report directly to the CEO and lead a team of managers and cross-functional groups, with the opportunity to shape systems, processes, and strategy that directly impact company growth and performance.

What Youll Do
- Translate company strategy into clear operational plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes
- Drive alignment across teams by establishing accountability, timelines, and performance expectations
- Lead and develop managers across multiple functions, strengthening leadership capabilities and team effectiveness
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable processes, systems, and workflows
- Champion technology-driven solutions, including supporting the ongoing development and rollout of a proprietary data platform
- Ensure consistent execution in a fast-paced environment by proactively resolving issues and removing roadblocks
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., HR, Compliance, IT) and support client-facing initiatives as needed
What Youll Bring
- 15+ years of professional experience, including 710+ years leading teams and developing leaders
- Proven success in service-based, technology-driven, or regulated industries
- Strong operational leadership skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive execution
- Experience building processes and infrastructure in high-growth or evolving organizations
- High accountability, strong communication skills, and a data-driven mindset
- Nice-to-have: Experience working alongside software development teams in an operational leadership capacity
