About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Partnerships to build and lead Five Sigma’s global partnerships strategy. This role reports to the CRO and will be responsible for creating a scalable growth engine through strategic alliances with insurance carriers, system integrators, and technology partners. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s global partnerships strategy aligned with growth objectives
  • Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships (insurance carriers, TPAs, system integrators, and technology partners)
  • Build and drive joint Go-To-Market strategies with partners
  • Generate and manage pipeline through partnerships and support deals through to closure
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Develop commercial models, partnership agreements, and incentive structures
  • Track, measure, and optimize partnership performance

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in business development and partnerships, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain, including familiarity with core insurance systems and processes (policy, claims, billing)
  • Proven experience working with or alongside Big 4 consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG), including joint engagements or partnership models
  • Proven track record of building partnerships from the ground up
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and Go-To-Market strategies
  • Experience working with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through partnerships
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
