As Head of People Partners, Sales & Services, you will lead a team of People Partners supporting Siemens' Sales, Services, and customer-facing organizations cross-business across the United States. As a member of the P&O Organization leadership team in the US, you will partner closely with business leaders to drive workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee experience, and business performance.
As a key leader within the One Tech Company transformation, you will help shape how people strategies are delivered across the business while ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for employees and leaders.
This is a hybrid position and can be based in Atlanta, GA, Wendell, NC, Chicago, IL, or Iselin, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $188,282 - $322,769 annually with a target incentive of 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
