Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Talent Planning:

• Build and execute a People strategy aligned with company growth goals
• Partner with leadership on org design, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Drive headcount planning and capacity modeling

Talent Acquisition:

• Own hiring strategy across all functions (quality, speed, experience)
• Implement structured interview processes and hiring frameworks
• Help shape employer brand and recruiting operations

Performance & Leadership Development:

• Build performance management systems (goal setting, reviews, calibration)
• Develop leadership programs and career progression frameworks
• Create leveling structures and promotion criteria

Culture & Employee Experience:

• Scale a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
• Build engagement programs and feedback systems
• Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle experience

HR Operations & Compliance:

• Establish and scale HR operations (HRIS, benefits, policies, compliance)
• Build processes for employee relations, documentation, and risk mitigation

Compensation & Total Rewards:

• Design compensation philosophy and benchmarking frameworks
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, incentives, and equity programs
• Lead merit, bonus, and compensation cycles

Required:

• 8–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Experience in high-growth tech or startup environments (Series A–C or similar)
• Strong background across talent, performance, comp, culture, and HR ops
• Proven ability to build scalable systems without overcomplicating
• Analytical mindset + experience with HR systems and data
• Strong communication and executive presence

Preferred:

• Experience supporting distributed or global teams
• Familiarity with SaaS / cybersecurity / enterprise tech environments
• Experience scaling organizations (150 → 500+ employees)
• Exposure to equity programs and growth-stage comp structures
