Job DetailsWe are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven performance marketing leader with deep expertise in Google Ads, paid media strategy, and customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with the ability to manage significant advertising budgets, optimize campaign performance, and lead cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple brands and markets.
- Oversee multimillion-dollar annual advertising budgets, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads.
- Drive performance across Google Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
- Optimize marketing investments based on ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Manage agency relationships, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Develop scalable marketing strategies, reporting frameworks, and optimization processes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align marketing investments with business objectives.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to support continued organizational growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading performance marketing, paid media, or digital customer acquisition strategies.
- Advanced Google Ads expertise, including Search, Performance Max, campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Demonstrated experience managing multimillion-dollar annual paid media budgets.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPL, attribution, conversion optimization, and revenue-based performance -measurement.
- Experience managing paid media across multiple brands, locations, or geographic markets.
- Proven ability to manage and challenge external agencies while driving measurable results.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in high-growth, multi-location consumer services or similar environments.
