Key Responsibilities<\/b>

and metallurgy team delivering test work programs, studies, and
technical services.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Provide leadership to the Laboratory
Manager, ensuring safe, efficient, and disciplined laboratory
operations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Act as a senior technical
interface with customers, supporting early -stage project discussions
and technical reviews.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Oversee preparation and
approval of technical and commercial proposals for metallurgical
programs and engineering services.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ensure high -quality
technical delivery, schedule performance, and strong customer outcomes.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Identify opportunities to expand
technical capability, grow services, and strengthen the regional offering.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers

Essential<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Degree in Metallurgical
Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or related field<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Significant experience in metallurgical
test work, process engineering, or mineral processing services<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Experience leading
engineers, metallurgists, or laboratory teams<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Strong understanding of how test
work feeds process design and engineering studies<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Experience in customer -facing
technical roles<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Desirable<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Background with a process
engineering firm, OEM, metallurgical laboratory, or mineral processing
services company<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Experience with flotation,
hydrometallurgy, or pilot -scale programs<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Exposure to flowsheet
development and study -stage engineering<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Experience across sectors such
as mineral sands, iron ore, industrial minerals, or critical minerals<\/span><\/span><\/span>
