Head of Product

We're partnering with an early-stage, venture-backed technology company building infrastructure for regulated financial institutions operating in the digital asset ecosystem. As one of the company's first executive hires, you'll work directly with the founder to shape the product vision, define strategy, and build a category-defining platform from the ground up. This is a true 01 opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working closely with customers, and building products in highly regulated environments.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the CEO to define product strategy and long-term vision.
• Lead customer discovery with financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprise customers.
• Translate customer needs into product strategy and execution.
• Work closely with engineering to define product architecture, APIs, workflows, and user experience.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact and business goals.
• Own and evolve the product roadmap.
• Help build and scale the future product organization.
• Represent the product in customer conversations and strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience building and launching products from 01.
• A strong customer-first product mindset.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering on technical products.
• Exceptional communication and prioritization skills.
• An entrepreneurial approach and willingness to be hands-on.
• Experience within fintech, financial infrastructure, enterprise software, developer tools, blockchain, digital assets, identity, security, or compliance technology.
