Description
Head of Product Management & Payment Strategy
We're seeking a senior leader to drive product management and payment strategy across our retail, commercial, digital, and treasury products. This role partners closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, and Treasury to strengthen our product suite, improve customer experience, and support the bank's long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Lead product strategy and roadmap across retail, commercial, digital, and payments
Manage product lifecycle, enhancements, and performance
Drive pricing strategy and profitability analysis
Support digital banking, payments modernization, and treasury initiatives
Conduct market and competitive analysis
Collaborate on go-to-market plans and customer experience improvements
Ensure compliance and risk alignment
Present product strategy and insights to senior leadership
Requirements
10+ years of banking, product management or financial services experience
Strong knowledge of payments, digital banking, and treasury/cash-management products
Financial analysis and pricing skills
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
Strong communication and strategic thinking
