You will take ownership of the end-to-end production and sourcing function, managing global suppliers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring products move seamlessly from concept to delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can develop and inspire a high-performing team while implementing scalable processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full production and sourcing lifecycle across consumer product ranges
