Loom Talent is partnering with a growing consumer products business to recruit a Head of Production. This is a critical hire and the business is looking to onboard the right candidate urgently.

You will take ownership of the end-to-end production and sourcing function, managing global suppliers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring products move seamlessly from concept to delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can develop and inspire a high-performing team while implementing scalable processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full production and sourcing lifecycle across consumer product ranges
• Develop and execute global sourcing and production strategies
• Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team
• Build strong relationships with international manufacturers and suppliers
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and operational KPIs

Candidate Profile

• Senior production and sourcing leader with experience in consumer goods, homeware, electronics, or similar sectors
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams
• Experienced with offshore and international suppliers
• Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
• Comfortable delivering results in a fast-moving environment
