About the Team
The procurement team undertake logistics-related service and physical procurement as well as service provider management work in line with the development of logistics business. The team is responsible for the price competitiveness of procurement services while meeting business requirements, and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure long-term and stable cooperation.
Responsibilities
Senior Procurement Strategy Development: Lead the design of RFP and procurement strategies for global logistics B2C delivery service providers; produce lane- and product-level cost reduction target matrices and competitive landscape mapping; define volume commitment structures, tiered pricing, and other cost realization pathways.
In-Depth Commercial Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Serve as the primary negotiator in key B2C delivery carrier negotiations; granularly deconstruct negotiation objectives and synthesize standardized Term Sheets covering pricing terms, volume-price commitments, SLA standards and priority tiers, and incentive clauses.
Data Modeling & Business Enablement: Lead the development of a three-layer BD materials framework (single-volume data modeling, multi-scenario modeling, and value proposition); build scenario-based contingency and loss-prevention plans across optimistic, neutral, and pessimistic outlooks; support management decision-making with data.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Organizational Capability Building: Lead internal alignment and solution design with logistics operations, strategy, and other teams; institutionalize high-complexity negotiation and supplier management methodologies; coach and develop the team to elevate overall execution capability. Minimum Qualification(s):
Deep Industry Experience: Extensive commercial/supplier management experience in global logistics B2C delivery (e.g., last-mile delivery, express networks).
Domain Expertise: Thorough understanding of global (especially European) delivery network architecture and carrier capacity landscape; familiar with carrier business models, margin structures, and strategic priorities.
Strategic Design & Negotiation: Strong strategic thinking and senior commercial negotiation capabilities; able to independently manage high-complexity deal structures including cost analysis, volume-price model design, and cross-border contract formulation.
Preferred Qualification(s):
Drive & Execution: Strong self-motivation and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to lead internal and external resource integration and drive projects to closure.
