Role overview
We’re building the revenue “operating system” that powers this growth. As our first RevOps leader, you’ll design the blueprint for predictable pipeline and clean, trustworthy data—so our sales and care teams can scale efficiently across employers, brokers, and TPAs. This is a high-ownership role with outsized impact on company trajectory reporting to the CEO.

Location: Remote (US) with preference towards candidates in New York City or San Francisco.
The base salary range for this role is $130,000–$180,000, plus equity. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.
