This role involves strategic oversight of talent acquisition, executive hiring, and developing scalable recruitment models.
Utilize advanced recruitment technologies to enhance our global hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy.
Lead executive hiring and recruitment operations in the Americas.
Design and optimize the recruitment operating model for efficiency.
Enhance candidate experience and strengthen employer branding.
Collaborate on workforce planning and future hiring needs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in building a high-growth talent acquisition function.
Ability to create structure from ambiguity and drive strategic initiatives.
Experience leading geographically distributed recruiting teams.
Strong executive presence and senior-level hiring capability.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on operations and measurement.
