What You Will Do
Lead the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent initiatives with business objectives.
Implement data-driven approaches to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
Build and nurture relationships with external partners and recruitment agencies.
Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and report on progress.
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming workplace culture.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Ideal Candidate Background
5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, preferably in a startup environment.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
Strong understanding of the technology landscape and marketplace dynamics.
Experience managing a team and leading cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred
Familiarity with AI and B2B marketplace trends.
Experience in building employer branding and enhancing candidate engagement.
Background in using recruitment analytics to drive decision-making.
Compensation and Benefits
