Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to translate business goals into hiring plans and role requirements.
Oversee core people operations functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, and basic employee relations to ensure a smooth day-to-day employee experience.

Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance basics.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in robotics, drone, or advanced manufacturing industries.
Familiarity with ATS/recruiting tech stacks and data-driven sourcing.
Some hands-on experience with people operations, such as onboarding, benefits, or HRIS.
