Job Description
Salary is 250k to 300k + bonus
- Own Technology Strategy: Lead technology strategy, architecture, engineering, and execution across the business.
- Scale the SaaS Platform: Drive the evolution of a multi-product SaaS platform into a scalable, enterprise-grade solution.
- Improve Engineering Execution: Increase development speed, quality, accountability, and delivery predictability.
- Lead Modernization: Balance legacy systems, technical debt, platform upgrades, and new product development.
- Drive AI Adoption: Build an AI strategy across engineering, automation, internal operations, and customer-facing products.
- Build the Right Team: Shape a high-performing engineering organization across U.S. and global teams.
- Strengthen Reliability & Security: Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
- Lead the Technology Stack: Oversee a Microsoft-based environment, including .NET, Azure, and SQL Server.
- Partner with Leadership: Work closely with the CEOs, Product, Operations, and Board on technology priorities and investments.
