Head Strength & Conditioning Coach

D1 Training Alliance is looking for an experienced, inspiring Head Coach to lead our training staff and make sure every athlete gets a world-class training experience. If you are passionate about developing coaches and athletes, driving results, and building a high-energy training floor, this role is for you.

As Head Coach, you will hire, train, and oversee our team of coaches and personal trainers, making sure they uphold the D1 Way and deliver top-tier training to athletes of all ages. You will also help build community connections and push both athletes and staff to reach their full potential.

- Lead, develop, and manage the D1 coaching staff to deliver top-quality training and member experience.

- Coach group classes, small groups, and private training sessions.

- Uphold D1 policies and procedures to keep training consistent and excellent.

- Foster a positive, motivating environment for athletes and coaches alike.

- Oversee group workouts, personal training, and team training sessions.

- Ensure safe, effective programming and modify movements as needed.

- Maximize client retention through coaching, accountability, and top-tier service.

- Build relationships with members and engage the local community.

- Educate athletes on strength, speed, and nutrition while reinforcing proper form and technique.

- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification

- 2+ years of strength and conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training

- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse coaching staff

- Collegiate and/or professional sports experience

- An existing client base and local community connections

- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field

- Experience in athletic-based group training

- Free membership to our state-of-the-art D1 Training facility

- Continuing education through company-sponsored events
