      Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking a Head Teller to join our team at our Intercourse Branch. The Head Teller is responsible for overseeing daily teller operations and fostering a team environment focused on efficiency and customer service. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a great team and assist the community with their banking needs!
       
      Responsibilities:
      • Overseeing tellers and their transactions at the branch
      • Coaching, developing, and educating team members
      • Handling branch reporting on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis
      • Promoting the bank’s services and providing outstanding customer service
      • Maintaining vault cash and coin while ensuring cash limits are not exceeded
      • Acting as a source of knowledge of banking policies and procedures
      • Collaborating with various departments within the organization
       
      Qualifications:
      • A minimum 2+ years of banking experience
      • High school diploma or equivalent required
      Preferred Skills:
      • Prior leadership experience in the banking industry
