As the Head Girls Track Coach, you will provide leadership and direction for the girls track program while inspiring, motivating, and teaching students track-specific skills. The Head Coach will promote personal development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement practice schedules, strategies, and event plans.Lead and supervise the girls track program and coaching staff.Teach track-specific skills, techniques, and strategies to student-athletes.Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and positive character traits.Monitor and support student-athlete development and performance.Build supportive relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.Ensure the program operates in accordance with District, MSHSAA, and school guidelines. Job Requirements:Education: Completion of at least 60 college credit hours prior to coaching.Previous coaching or track experience preferred.
