Main responsibilities

• Plans and leads practices
• Teaches cheers, chants, jumps, stunts, tumbling, and routines
• Supervises assistant coaches and team members
• Prepares teams for games, pep rallies, and community events
• Promotes teamwork, discipline, leadership, and sportsmanship
• Ensures athlete safety during stunts and conditioning
• Coordinates uniforms, music, schedules, transportation, and fundraising
• Communicates with parents, athletic directors, and school administration
• Maintains eligibility and follows school regulations
