Description Summary
Directly responsible for the overall direction of the Women's Rugby program. Involves recruiting, retaining student-athletes, assembling/developing a competent assistant coaching staff, and overall in-season/off-season strategies/programs.
The Head Women's Rugby Coach will also serve in a second college assignment of one of the following: Athletic Coordinator, Housing Coordinator, Student Development Assistant, or Student Activities Coordinator. The employment in the above position is contingent upon the Head Coach being employed in both assigned positions.

Be able and willing to represent Iowa Central Community College in a positive manner with prospective, former, and current students, clients, suppliers, and the community we serve.

Effectively develop a relationship with the State of Iowa Rugby coaches to enhance our Iowa recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. College playing experience preferred, coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred. Must hold and maintain throughout employment a current Class C Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement or willingness to complete prior to athletic season.
