Header Pipe Fitter – Claremore, OK
HireCall is hiring Header Pipe Fitters for a premier air cooler manufacturing facility in Claremore, OK.
We are seeking skilled individuals with pipe fitting and fabrication experience who can work from blueprints, perform precise fit-ups, and meet high-quality manufacturing standards.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime available as needed
Pay
$19.85 - $21.25 per hour
Essential Duties
- Lay out, fit, and assemble header piping systems according to blueprints and specifications
- Measure, cut, bevel, and prepare pipe and components for fabrication
- Perform accurate fit-ups for welding operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols
- Verify alignment and dimensional accuracy of assemblies
- Work closely with welders and production teams to meet quality and production goals
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- Previous pipe fitting, header assembly, fabrication, or related manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Strong measuring, layout, and fitting skills
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a production environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Welding Test Requirements
Candidates must successfully complete a welding qualification test:
- 3/8" Plate Test
- 2G MIG weld, all the way out
- Welds must successfully pass:
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
- X-Ray Inspection
