Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Header Welder for an immediate temp-to-hire opening in Sapulpa, OK. This advanced welding role supports production of critical industrial components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires strong multi-process welding experience.

Required Experience & Skills
Strong multi-process welding experience REQUIRED
Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core welding
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication specifications
Ability to pass all required weld qualification tests
Strong attention to detail and commitment to weld quality
Safety-focused mindset and dependable work habits
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Required Weld Test
2G MIG & Flux Core(radiograph + bend test)
2G Stick(radiograph on "plate)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on box headers and related components
Read and follow blueprints, welding procedures, and job specifications
Ensure welds meet required quality standards and code requirements
Work with various materials and fabrication processes
Inspect completed welds for quality, consistency, and compliance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Support production timelines and team workflow expectations
Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing / welding production environment
Exposure to welding equipment, heat, sparks, heavy materials, and shop activity
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, bending, welding, and PPE compliance
