Health and Physical Education Instructor Long Term Substitute SY 26-27

REQUIREMENTS:

• The candidate must have a preliminary or professional Physical Education or Health/Family Consumer Science license, candidates dually licensed are preferred
• Bachelor's Degree

Job Description:

• The candidate will teach and prepare for both Physical Education/Fitness and Health Courses
• The candidate will collaborate with department members regarding curriculum design, lesson plans, and department-wide initiatives
• The candidate will update and refine instructional materials to align with the current MA/National Frameworks in each subject area
• The candidate will maintain and manage an effective and engaging learning environment
• The candidate will communicate actively with parents and stakeholders regarding student progress
• The candidate will maintain up-to-date grades for students and will meet deadlines regarding uploading grades and midterm snapshots
• The candidate will perform related duties as required
