Our experience working with multiple states and countries ensures compliance with various regional and international building codes.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Health and Safety Manager located in Humble, TX. The Health and Safety Manager will develop, implement, and oversee health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include conducting safety training, performing risk assessments, maintaining occupational health and safety standards, coordinating audits and inspections, and addressing any health and safety concerns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership will be essential to foster a safety-first culture within the organization.QualificationsExpertise in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)Proficiency in developing and implementing safety training programsKnowledge of safety regulations, risk management practices, and compliance requirementsStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate across teamsAttention to detail and proactive problem-solving capabilitiesRelevant work experience in industrial or construction environments is advantageousBachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
