The Bellflower at Whispering Ridge, an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for a dedicated Health & Wellness Director to lead our wellness team and ensure our residents receive the highest quality care.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the Wellness Team by providing coaching, support, and clinical guidance.• Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and ongoing wellness needs.• Ensure exceptional resident care while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company standards.• Build strong relationships with residents, physicians, pharmacies, families, and healthcare partners.• Monitor resident health, identify changes in condition, and implement appropriate clinical interventions.• Oversee medication management and ensure accurate clinical documentation.• Participate in resident admissions and assessments to ensure appropriate placement and care.• Respond to resident emergencies and provide hands-on clinical support when needed.• Promote a positive, team-focused culture built on accountability, compassion, and respect.• Serve as Manager on Duty as scheduled, including some evenings and weekends.

What We're Looking For

• Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska.• Leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting.• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.• Experience with medication management and regulatory compliance.• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.• A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.• Comfortable using electronic documentation and healthcare software.
