The Health and Wellness Sales Associate supports our certified stretch practitioners, many with athletic backgrounds, work together to deliver outstanding service to every member. You're a natural team player with an athletic mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting both clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities- Connect with prospective members who have expressed interest in Stretch Zone through our website and social media, and confidently invite them to experience a complimentary stretch.
- Convert guest visits into memberships by building trust, understanding goals, and recommending the right wellness plan for each individual.
- Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience by warmly welcoming every guest, managing appointments, answering phones, and resolving member needs with professionalism and care.
- Take ownership of member retention through consistent follow-up, relationship building, and adherence to daily operational best practices.
- Champion the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, promoting additional sessions when appropriate, and continuously strengthening your sales expertise.
- Protect and elevate the Stretch Zone culture by fostering positive, professional relationships with both members and teammates.
