Job Description:


We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door or call our office.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and check patients in and out in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries or route calls appropriately

  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using our scheduling software

  • Verify and update patient information in the system

  • Collect co-pays and handle basic billing or insurance questions

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area

  • Communicate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

  • Handle administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, scanning, email)

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred (medical or dental office a plus)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • Comfortable working with scheduling and patient management software 

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
