Description of Work
The Adult Admissions Unit is an inpatient unit serving individuals from the ages of 18 years of age and older. The objective of the AAU unit is to provide a safe and structured environment for crisis stabilization. A multidisciplinary treatment team targets a broad range of psychiatric illnesses and behavioral challenges with various therapeutic programs and educational groups. HCT II serves as a role model and mentor to other HCT I's throughout the facility and provides quality care to patients on the unit. The HCT II works closely with the Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Manager to train and orient new HCT I's team members, facilitate professional communication and provide feedback to improve processes and quality care. Nursing care is performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
This is a 2nd shift position (3pm - 11:30 pm).

Salary Range: $31,200 - $46,348

Eligibility for Sign-on Bonus:
To qualify for the Sign-on Bonus, a newly hired permanent full-time or permanent part-time employee must work 30 to 40 hours per week to be eligible. Those who are eligible and working less than 40 hours a week will receive a prorated rate.
