ABOUT THE JOB
The Health Center Lead III will lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered primary care services while managing the daily operations of a Health Center. This dual-function role blends clinical insight with operational oversight to ensure seamless care delivery and strong functioning Health Centers.
This role will oversee day-to-day operations of assigned health centers, including workflows, staffing, scheduling, and compliance. This role will also collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Director of Operations, Market Medical Director, and others to strategically align care delivery with organizational goals and have a deep involvement in clinical operations, patient experience and team support. As a senior-level Health Center Lead, will serve as a peer coach and lead special projects.
This position requires a consistent on-site presence to support staff, monitor operations, and ensure delivery of high-quality care and requires regular travel to assigned health centers.
Health Center Hours (Main Office)
Mon, Tues & Thurs: 8am-6:00pm
Wednesdays: 8am-4:00pm
Fridays: 8am-12 noon

QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of prior experience in a direct healthcare setting delivering excellent service to clients, patients, and providers and teammates. Experience in a direct healthcare setting or professional role with an active certification such as CMA/LPN/LVN, other healthcare specialization.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000/yr
The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
