The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Health Data Analytics Infrastructure Consultant for an active RFP opportunity: Vermont DVHA NOA 03410-240-26 - Rural Health Data and Analytics Infrastructure Grant.

DVHA is offering a Rural Health Transformation Fund grant for eCQM calculation tools, community health team tracking tools, and primary-care data analytics infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities

• Support data infrastructure planning, analytics workflows, reporting capabilities, and implementation coordination for rural health data tools.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
• Inventory platforms and dependencies: Baseline tenants, servers, endpoints, identities, applications, integrations, certificates, backups, and support ownership for Vermont DVHA NOA 03410-240-26 - Rural Health Data and Analytics Infrastructure Grant .
• Review identity and access controls: Assess accounts, groups, roles, MFA, privileged access, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, and service identities.
• Standardize configuration and patching: Define approved baselines, maintenance rings, exception handling, deployment validation, and rollback procedures.
• Validate backup and recovery: Review coverage, retention, encryption, failed jobs, restore testing, recovery objectives, and evidence for State of Vermont Department of Vermont Health Access.
• Improve monitoring and operations: Configure health, capacity, security, certificate, job-failure, and availability alerts with actionable escalation rules.
• Create operational runbooks: Document administration, maintenance, recovery, incident escalation, vendor support, and environment handover procedures.

What You Bring

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

Earnings, Payments, and Tax Records

Consultants will be able to track project earnings, payment status, and tax records inside the FuntoNetwork mobile app.

Approved payments for this RFP opportunity will be processed through the app, and consultants will be able to request withdrawals from their available balance directly inside the app.

The app will also provide access to relevant payment history and tax-related records for consultant tracking and reporting.
