Spend your summer making a difference in the lives of children—all while working by the water at beautiful Camp Cove! We’re looking for a compassionate and organized Health Director to lead our camp’s health and safety operations.

Seasonal Commitment:

June–August | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM

About the Role:

As Camp Health Director, you'll be a key member of our leadership team, managing the health and safety of campers and staff. You’ll respond to health incidents, administer medications, maintain health records, and communicate with families—ensuring every camper has a safe and supported summer experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• CPR, First Aid, AED, and Emergency Oxygen Administration certification required
• Trained in medication administration
• Experience working in a camp, youth, or health setting preferred
• Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with state and local health regulations is a plus
