Overview
This position is Hybrid: mostly on-site with flexibility to work remotely as needed.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Evenings and weekends as needed.
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Health Education Associate I''s responsibilities include conducting outreach activities, identifying community resources, delivering individual and or group health education services, distributing outreach materials, directly contacting targeted community members. Responsible for data collection, as needed, for program evaluation.

Pay Scale Information
$43,680.00-$51,376.00

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.
