What you will be doing:
You will perform specialized and sophisticated health information activities vital to organize, maintain and use electronic and paper patient health records in this onsite role. May specialize in one or more of the intermediate clerical functions including but not limited to: quantitative and qualitative analysis of medical records and Incomplete Record Processing. Positions at this level have high customer service, strong analytic, problem-solving skills and are able to interpret and explain CSMC policy and external requirements related to chart documentation and completion.
Qualifications
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience working in Health Information, Medical Records, or a related field required.
Microsoft Word and Excel experience (at an intermediate level) a big plus.
