This position offers a minimum base salary of $32,000 based on experience.

Successful and dedicated canidates can make up. to $65,000

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Educate & Guide Clients on Health Insurance Options and Choices.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through referral sources and educational events
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, go above and beyond
• Work independently and as part of a team.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. - Patience is a virtue
• Conduct Medicare 101 training either in person or groups
• A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
