Responsibilities

  • Consult with prospective clients to evaluate their healthcare needs, budget, and long-term coverage goals.
  • Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), Prescription Drug Plans, ancillary products, dental, vision, and other health insurance solutions.
  • Recommend personalized insurance plans that align with each client's unique circumstances and objectives.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through exceptional service, annual policy reviews, and ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure full compliance with all CMS, carrier, and state insurance regulations.
  • Stay current on Medicare guidelines, carrier product updates, and industry trends through continuous training and professional development.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices, improve client outcomes, and contribute to agency growth.
  • Consistently meet individual sales goals while delivering an outstanding client experience built on integrity and professionalism.

Requirements
  • Active Texas Life & Health Insurance License preferred (licensing assistance available).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital enrollment platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with all applicable insurance regulations and company standards.
