HEALTH NAVIGATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Type: Full Time
Monday-Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM*
Generally Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with 2-3 evening programs and approximately one weekend event per month to support participant programming, workshops, and community events.

Dress for Success Oregon (DFSO) is Oregon's leading workforce development agency supporting women and gender expansive individuals from all backgrounds. POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Health Navigator serves as Dress for Success Oregon's subject matter expert on health navigation and participant wellness. This position provides individualized support to women and gender expansive individuals facing barriers to employment, self-sufficiency, and overall well-being.
Working closely with participants, community partners, and DFSO staff, the Health Navigator connects individuals to healthcare, behavioral health, public benefits, housing, childcare, transportation, food assistance, and other critical supports that promote long-term stability and employment success.
The Health Navigator will play a key leadership role within WorkWell, helping expand DFSO's holistic workforce development model by integrating health and wellness into participants' employment journeys.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
The Health Navigator is a new role that will help DFSO expand its holistic workforce development model by ensuring participants can access the health, wellness, and basic needs supports necessary to succeed in employment and life. This position plays a critical role in reducing barriers and connecting participants to resources that promote long-term stability and economic mobility.

COMPENSATION
Wage: Salary, $60,000-$65,000 annual
Insurance: Full medical, dental and vision insurance
FSA: Access to flexible spending account
401(k):Eligibility to participate in the organization's 401(k) retirement savings plan.
PTO: 120 hours (annual) not including 10 paid holidays and 1 holiday break between Christmas Eve to New Years Day
