Position: Health Physicist
Type:Contract
Compensation:$65–$75/hour
Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write challenging single-turn prompts in radiological safety, labeled as benign, dual-use, and adversarial.
• Evaluate model responses against defined policy standards to ensure correct handling.
• Write reference answers with technical reasoning for correct responses.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve model judgment on misuse potential.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Experience in radiological safety and dose planning.
• Background in operational health physics, internal dosimetry, or decommissioning.
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to provide clear rationales.

Preferred

• Red-teaming experience in AI model evaluation.
• Published research or expert witness experience.
