Health Safety and Sustainability EngineerAs an HS&S Engineer, you will lead the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of HSE&S programs. You'll partner closely with leadership, employees, contractors, and 3PL providers to ensure safe, compliant, and sustainable operations.In this role you will be responsible toDrive consistent application of HS&S standards across all site activitiesIdentify, assess, and mitigate workplace risks proactivelySupport incident prevention, investigation, and corrective actionsEnsure compliance with legal, corporate, and international standardsStrengthen contractor and 3PL HS&S performance and accountabilityManage environmental compliance & waste management programsDeliver accurate reporting, metrics, and risk visibilitySupport audit readiness and ensure minimal findingsContribute to workers' compensation cost managementPromote a strong safety culture through engagement and awareness initiativesWhat is required:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related)1–2 years of internship or early professional experience in HSEKnowledge of:HSE regulations and standardsISO 14001 / ISO 45001 management systemsHazard identification & risk managementIncident investigation and preventionEmergency preparedness and responseHSE data management and reportingMicrosoft Office toolsPlus: Industrial Hygiene knowledgeDesirable: BATF&E requirements knowledgeWe will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.In our international work setting, you will find a range of opportunities that are designed to enhance your career and personal development.
