About the Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a HS&T Advisor to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. In this role, you will report to the Senior HS&T Advisor and work on an 8:6 roster.

Your focus will be on implementing and continuously improving health, safety, and training systems, while partnering with leaders to ensure effective application across the site.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing, reviewing, and implementing HS&T plans, procedures, and training programs.
• Facilitating risk assessments, hazard management, and safe work practices.
• Providing field-based HS&T support, advice, and guidance to leaders and employees.
• Leading and supporting incident investigations, corrective actions, and safety improvements.
• Delivering site inductions and training sessions and maintaining accurate training records.
• Preparing HS&T reports and maintaining accurate compliance data and records.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have experience in HS&T, with a practical approach to supporting operational teams, strengthening safety performance, and delivering effective training and compliance outcomes.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Experience in HS&T, preferably within mining, construction, or similar industries.
• Certificate IV in Work, Health & Safety.
• Current C-class manual Australian driver's licence.
• Additional qualifications such as ICAM Lead Investigator, Lead Auditor, Cert IV Training & Assessment, or Senior First Aid are desirable.
