Insight Global is hiring an experienced EHS Coordinator to support large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. This role will focus on driving environmental, health, and safety initiatives across projects while ensuring compliance with both local regulations and company standards.OverviewThis person will play a key role in implementing and maintaining EHS programs across active projects. You'll be working closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work is performed in a safe and compliant manner.Day-to-DaySupport the execution of company-wide EHS strategy and safety programs across projectsLead and coordinate EHS efforts on-site, partnering with project teams and contractorsEnsure compliance with local safety and environmental regulationsTrack and analyze EHS data, identifying trends and areas for improvementConduct incident investigations and lead root cause analysisManage EHS reporting and documentationAct as the main EHS point of contact for project stakeholders, including external partners and regulatory groupsHelp develop and improve safety processes, procedures, and toolsRequired Experience5+ years of EHS experience within energy, construction, or infrastructure environmentsStrong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standardsExperience with incident investigations and reportingFamiliarity with EHS management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 or similar)Ability to lead and influence teams on job sitesNice to HaveExperience working on high-voltage, grid, or substation-related projectsBackground in environmental or safety engineering (or related field)#J-18808-Ljbffr
