    Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

    How you'll make an impact

    • Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence

    • Communicate safety initiatives, processes, and standards across teams

    • Train, coach, and support employees on safety best practices

    • Monitor compliance and manage nonconformance effectively

    • Guide leaders and teams on accident prevention strategies

    • Support risk assessments across workspaces, tools, and tasks

    • Lead audits, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions

    • Maintain and improve safety systems aligned with ISO standards

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field

    • 5+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles

    • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations within manufacturing

    • Proven experience developing and managing safety systems

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

    • ASP or CSP certification preferred
