    Description

    Health & Safety Specialist - TXCrossSafety is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to support onsite construction and industrial safety operations in various locations throughout Texas. This position provides field-level support, conducts inspections, leads training, and works directly with facility contractors and tradespeople to ensure safe and compliant work environments.ResponsibilitiesConduct daily walk-throughs, site audits, and hazard assessmentsEnsure compliance with OSHA construction and general industry regulationsWork directly with facility, contractors, and trades to reinforce safe work practicesInvestigate incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actionsLead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and team training sessionsOversee site safety plans and maintain documentation, reports, and recordsSupport communication with clients, regulatory agencies, and project leadershipQualifications5+ years of onsite health and safety experienceIndustrial / Manufacturing / Construction experienceOSHA 510 and OSHA 30 certificatesExperience conducting site safety audits and field inspectionsProficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting toolsExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsCertifications in Fall Protection, Hazard Communication, OSHA, or Silica MitigationLOTO (Lock out, Tag Out) awarenessPreferred ExperienceElectrical backgroundData center experienceExperience leading incident investigations or corrective action processesFamiliarity with contractor management and field-level safety controlsWhy Join CrossSafetyOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on worker safetyWork with a supportive and collaborative safety teamContribute to the development of safety programs and initiativesProfessional growth opportunities in a fast‑paced consulting environmentEqual Opportunity Employer: CrossSafety is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive and respectful workplace.Accommodations for applicants with disabilities are available upon request.#J-18808-Ljbffr
