ResponsibilitiesIdentify, document, and resolve onsite safety risks or discrepancies during daily site walks. Document Daily Hazard Analysis (DHA) using company‑prescribed procedures and software.Advise management on proper interpretation and implementation of safety regulations.Evaluate and identify all safety equipment needs for project work. Participate in daily and weekly meetings to ensure all necessary equipment is ordered, stocked, and available for upcoming work.Assist in investigations and reporting regarding accidents, injuries, or illnesses, fire, property damage, and other safety‑related incidents to ensure timely and compliant resolutions. Recommend improvements based on trend analysis.Develop and distribute worksite safety and evacuation plans to all onsite personnel. Support emergency response coordination and access planning with managers as needed.Perform additional assignments per management's direction.Work closely with onsite crews to provide first aid and emergency services for any onsite injury or incident. Ensure injuries are accurately documented and offsite medical clinics attend to employee injury timely.Support evaluation of subcontractors and their safety programs.
