1. Letter of Introduction 2. Resume 3. Three recent letters of recommendation dated within the last 2 years - At least 1 from a current or former supervisor 4. Current California Credentials - Attach a printout with the detailed Document Number from the CTC website (do not attach the certificate) or status letter from credential analyst confirming credential recommendation by August 1, 2026 5. Transcripts (post-high school) Qualification requirements: - Bachelor s Degree - Valid California RN License - School Nurse Services Credential - Valid Driver s License - Completion of Audiometry certificate within one year
