Health Services Supervisor (RN) (Cape Verdean)

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Supervisor of Health Services - Adult Day Care

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Location: Brockton Main Adult Day Center | Brockton, MA

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday

Wage: $80,000-$85,000/year

Language Preference: Cape Verdean Creole or Portuguese Preferred

Education & Qualifications

• Current and active Massachusetts RN license required
• 2 years of nursing management or supervisory experience
• 2 years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Bilingual English and Cape Verdean Creole or Portuguese preferred

What You'll Do

• Supervise, mentor, and support two or more nurses
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Oversee participant health services, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
• Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff
