JOB SUMMARY: Must be located in DFW Area: The Wellness Advocate is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for driving employee wellness engagement while delivering advanced analytics, reporting, and performance measurement to leadership. A trusted data advisor and strategist for executive leadership, HR, Benefits, and organizational stakeholders. Analyze health, engagement, financial, and outcomes data from multiple sources. Track utilization, cost trends, engagement levels, savings, and outcome metrics. Establish and maintain a comprehensive performance measurement framework, including: Support leadership in interpreting results and identifying trends. Provide data-driven recommendations for immediate, mid-range, and long-term decision-making.
