As a Health Workforce & Care Operations Specialist, you'll provide critical workforce and operational support across Best Buy Health Care lines of business by optimizing workforce performance, ensuring operational continuity, and delivering real-time support to frontline teams. You'll leverage workforce management tools, reporting, and analytics to drive efficiency, support service-level goals, and provide leaders with actionable insights. In partnership with Care Operations, Workforce Management, and Engineering teams, you'll help ensure seamless customer and employee experiences through effective queue management, outage response, and system change coordination.

What you'll do

  • Provide real-time workforce and operational support across Best Buy Health Care lines of business.
  • Manage schedules, staffing, queue performance, and employee adherence to support service-level goals.
  • Analyze and report workforce performance trends, providing insights and recommendations to leaders.
  • Coordinate operational responses to outages, system releases, and business disruptions.
  • Support frontline Advisors and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve workforce and operational issues.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a metric-driven call center, customer care, or contact center environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with workforce management systems such as IEX, Genesys preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong mathematical skills
