What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
  • Monitor organizational spending and provide budget analysis.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
  • Support leadership with financial insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, controls, and efficiencies.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all financial activities.
What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (required).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • CPA designation or CPA track is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with leadership.
